ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! just because you've got the car, the uniform, the padge does NOT give you the right to break the law. HELLO!!! you're supposed to be the "good example" that we all try to follow, REMEMBER?! so let me explain what happened. ok, some of you know that i live down the street from the police station so there are always cops in the left turn lane at that intersection (cypresswood and yorkminster)they all make their little u-turn there and go on their merry way. well, i'm coming home from running some "errands" and this ONE guy decides he doesn't have to wait for the light to turn green. IS THAT LEGAL!? maybe i'm just stupid and you can u-turn on a red light...and if i'm wrong, let me know, please (that's what the comment box is for, guys). *sigh*
well, after searching 3 different stores, i FINALLY found something that "will do" for a Confirmation gift. if i find something better, though, i'm gunna give the other thing. it's cute and all...and it makes sense, but...yeah. i think i can do better just...don't know where else to look, ya know?
i went to swimshops today but they don't have the suit i need in stock. it has to be special ordered so i need to call whoever placed the order to see if they have any extras in my size...but i don't know my size which makes everything a little more difficult... oh well. I JUST WANT A TEAM SUIT!!! (but the pretty one, not the ugly one...) we'll see what they say today at practice, i suppose...
my tummy's happy! i stopped at jason's deli on the way home and picked up a cup of BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP!!!!!! :-D if you've never had their's you HAVE to try it. let me know and we'll go together. it's SOOO yummy!! my diet's not going very well, i've decided. oh well, right?!
i need to find lee's number so i can call and ask him if it's alright that i drop by and pick up my box. hope i don't wake him up, though, cuz then i'll feel really really bad...and he might hate me...and that's NOT something i want since we're gunna be family(-in-law) soon...
yay for another day of practice... hopefully i'll be "nice coach" today since kim will be back and i won't have to run practices all by my lonesome. (vanessa has been sooo busy with dealing with upset parents that she hasn't been able to help much with practice this week...or last for that matter... i feel sorry for her, i really do, but she does a great job!)
