well, kiddos, it's been a while since the last time i wrote but i've been rather busy and everything with work and stuff.
the latest?! i went to kingwood today to spend time with the family. that was lots of fun getting to see everyone again. i haven't been getting much sleep recently (and i blame it all on matt *wink*) so today while i was sitting on the couch watching the indie 500, i fell asleep. i have NO idea how long i was asleep...or what happened, but i woke up to all the guys around me talking about stuff and the news was on. mom was worried about me driving home because she said i looked really tired. i don't think they think i get enough sleep. guess 4 hrs a night isn't good enough, huh?
ann's at the hospital again. she was admitted to the emergency room last night with a fever and a swollen knee. they pulled some fluid out, took blood tests (3) and decided that her wbc was right on the border between infection and inflammation so they didn't give her any antibiotics so they could determine in the morning (she stayed over night) whether or not they were going to have to go back into surgery to "wash out" her knee. turns out she woke up this morning and her knee was big and her temperature was still up so they decided to take the 8:00 surgery time they had reserved and go in and wash it out so that they wouldn't have to worry about it. she's staying the night again tonight and perhaps tomorrow night as well. i'm just waiting on my phone call from her telling me that she's alright and telling me how she feels and stuff. i talked to her dad today, so i know she's ok, but i'd like to hear it from her, too. i wanna see her, but since she's still at the hospital...yeah. i'll see her when she gets home, i'm sure...i hope.
we lost the swim meet against david's team (my old team). seriously, i don't think i have been yelled at so many times in my entire life! but, it's over and i'm not dealing with it anymore. i'm not going to have to see them again until divisionals and then it won't just be us so it should (i hope) be better.
matt and i are doing well, for those of you who care.
don't worry, my "flirtation devices" are still intact, matt! *tehe*
i'll try to be better about updating from now on, but just incase i don't do this for another few days, i'm starting summer school on tuesday and tomorrow i'm going shopping with my boy for some...stuff!
