OH THE DRAMA...

well...i got a LOT more done today than i thought i could...in the span of about 3 hrs.
first i took my shower, then was headed down steubner towards spring cypress (to go to the bank) and decided that while i was ON THE WAY, i'd stop and pick up mom's dress. then i went to hallmark to get dad's birthday cards (one from the kids, one from me) and to the bank to drop off my check. i stopped at randalls (to get birthday balloons) and nationwide (to drop off my grades for my GOOD STUDENT DISCOUNT) on the way home. completing my square, i stopped at baskin robbins to get dad's cake and, turns out, they didn't have the one i wanted. the guy said it would take 24 hrs to make the cake and everything and i told him that i needed it for today and everything and that it was alright, i'd just go somewhere else. he told me that if i wrote down my name, number and what i wanted it to say, he'd make it RIGHT THEN and it'd be done in 2 hrs. so at 2 i'm gunna go pick the cake up from baskin robins. anyway, i came home after baskin robins and put dad's birthday stuff into the bag i bought, wrapped the balloons around his chair, set up some stuff i bought a while ago and headed off to the Y to finish filling out my paperwork for rehire. i got there around 11:45 and it took me 45 minutes to finish the whole thing. then i went to foleys to return a dress my mom bought that my dad didn't think "flattered her figure" and ran to the foleys mens department to get shirts for my dad. i ended up getting 4 of them (hehe...wait til they see the bill!!!) and then came home. on the way home i stopped at subway to grab me a sandwich and NOW I'M HOME, sub in my tummy and daddy's gift totally finished. all i have to do now is pick up the cake, take out the steak to thaw and...yeah! i'm starting to wonder if we're going to have practice or not today. the weather right NOW is pretty yucky, but it may clear up before 3:30...we'll see, though, right?!
kim got her wisdom teeth out today. i hope she feels better soon! pooor kim...
so...i think i got everything done that i had to do. ooooh...and i requested a medicine refill online, so i got the pill thing under control. i didn't CLEAN connie, but i DID pick up some of the stuff in the backseat. there's still lots of stuff, but...yeah... my room, however...that's a different story. i'm gunna go do that after i pick up the cake...or that's the plan...
