hahaha...i SO should be working on my gov't project, since it's due thursday and i haven't started it...and it's supposed to be 15 pages long. buuuuut instead i'm sitting here in the library at the college since i had my first test of the semester (in chem) today and don't have anything else to do (gov't project aside) until 11:00 when gov't starts. i don't really understand this project. i'm supposed to be writing 3 pages for each website i have (5 websites total) and i'm not exactly sure how i'm going to come up with that much info. granted, she DID give us questions to answer/follow as a guideline but i'm still not exactly sure how that's going to equal 3 pages...much less 15 pages total. i hope we're allowed to use "i" and "you" and stuff like that, though because by putting my own "two cents in" may be the only way i get ANYTHING for this. oh...i miss txstate gov't/political science because we didn't do anything gradewise except take our tests.
this morning in chemistry fred, the guy who sits next to me, was trying to explain to me why he didn't call me sunday or monday night to study for our test (since he told me on thursday that we should get together at starbucks or something since we live so close to each other) and told me that on sunday he got FOUR tickets. 1 for going 90 in a 70, 1 for not wearing his seatbelt, 1 for expired insurance and 1 for not having a front license plate on his corvette. NIIIIICE, huh?! moral of the story? if you're going to go 20 mph over the speed limit, at least make sure you're wearing your seatbelt ($200 fine) and have "up to date" insurance (no idea how much that costs). chris is always complaining that he doesn't see vets with front plates but he got pulled over (not ticketed, though) for not having his on one time when we were going up to nac. he's kinna pathetic, don't you think?! ;) just kidding...he's sitting right next to me which is why i'm saying "mean" things about him.
he's looking at cars...surprise surprise. i'm trying to do work and all he can do is look up "pretty cars". i think they're UUUUUUGLY! but he won't listen to me. and i can't type today...and i'm a slow typer.
wanna know what i have to do today? COURSE YOU DO!
- email elementary school PE teachers to see if i can observe a class or two
- fill out volunteer info for tomball hospital and send it in
- call mom about salad
- go to store for sliced cheese and chips
- send karen's letter
- study for pre-cal test (wednesday)
- do psychology assignment (if i do it, i'll write about it. you'll love what i have to say!)

- turn in application at Y
- make sure chris talks to (**OH MY GOODNESS! I FORGOT TO TELL YOU SOMETHING!**) cary today after swimming

- find out when fall registration at txstate is then find out what i have to do before i can register again
ok....so the "story" i forgot to tell you: i cut chris's hair. sunday night he came over to watch the superbowl and when it was over he was saying (as he's been saying) that he needs to get his hair cut but that he doesn't have the money to do it. no problem! my mom cuts my dad's hair and my brothers' hair all the time. i'm sure it can't be that hard, right? NO! haha...it looks horrible. i'll have him send me a picture so i can put it up on my website. the hair itself isn't all that bad, but his "bangs" aren't even at all. you can't really tell once he styles it, but when it's dry it looks HORRIBLE! haha...i wouldn't ever have trusted me to cut hair, but he sure did. oh...and last night i got sick. i'm sure you all want to know the details, so i'll tell you. i was TRYING to watch supernanny (my favorite show on tv aside from gilmore girls--on tonight) but my stomach was sending me to the bathroom at ever commercial break. finally i decided that i couldn't do the up and down thing anymore at each commercial, so i went to soak in the tub. i think i fell asleep in there (no surprise here) and mom came up to check on me but i didn't feel better, so i turned the water back on (it had gotten cold). needlesstosay, that didn't help. i decided to just get out of the tub and that maybe trying to go to sleep would help. too bad i didn't make it to my bedroom. i made it as far as the floor outside the tub and decided that i'd just rest there for a little while...but about a minute later i was hovering over the toilet again. yep! i did it. i threw up! hehe...i know, you're all soo excited to hear about this! buuuut, i'm feeling better now! that's a good thing, right? my stomach hurts a little today but not like last night so i'm not too worried about it, ya know? i had orange juice and dry honey nut cheerios for breakfast...probably not a good idea. mom wanted me to have a sprite when i woke up, but...not for me that early in the morning. ps--thanks to everyone who left me messages saying you hoped i felt better. i do! it helped! you're great!!!:-D
