cool stuff. ok, so last night we had a "movie night" last night in our room. people kept coming in and out and stuff. it was kinna weird, though, cuz lots of people would be here, then i'd come out of the room and i'd be ALL alone. aaanyway, so last night one of jessica's guy friends came up. his name is chris and he's SUPER cool (with an awesome name)! sooooo...we got bored watching movies so we started talking about dancing (for some reason, i don't remember why) and he asked if i like country music. well...DUH! i LOVE country music. aaanyway, he's in the country/western dancing class so he wanted to "show us his moves" so he taught us all how to dance and we've decided that we're all gunna go out dancing sometime. i'm sooo excited cuz now we have a guy to go out with!
my prevention of diseases professor cracks me up. ok, so we're going over prefixes and suffixes today in class and one of the words he gave us was arthrodesis (surgical fusing of two joints). aaanyway...gross as it may sound it was actually kinna cool, but he was telling us about how he fractured one of his wrist bones (you wouldn't know where it was if i told you which one, so it doesn't really matter) and it died and started to kill the other bones around it, so he went to the doctor and they had to perform an arthrodesis on his wrist so now he's solid from his knuckles to his elbow. he was hitting it today to prove it to us. TALK ABOUT CRAZY!! it was awesome.
i gotta get to the pool or mike's gunna eat me so i'll post more later!
